Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Located in the Matese Regional Park and is the work of a recent renovation that brought to light the ancient stone dating back to the 18th century, covered by the previous restoration of the early 70s. The structure rises on three floors, has a large terrace and characteristic entrance to a porch, also restored.
