The spacious and well-laid-out house has three bedrooms on the ground floor, equipped with ceiling fans, and an air-conditioned master suite on the first floor, with a bathroom and WC.

Entrance to the common property and entrance to the private accommodation. The accommodation has a shared cellar, ideal for storing bikes.

Come and recharge your batteries in absolute calm amid cicadas in our house in Voconces country. Whatever the season, you'll be isolated from the world. Listen to the birds singing, breathe in: you're at home. The 4 m x 2.5 m pool is perfect for relaxing during hot summer days and is equipped with a heat pump to enjoy it between mid-April and mid-October if the weather is OK☀️. The house overlooks the Ventoux, The house is self-contained but it can also be rented with a neighboring house with 4 extra beds. The swimming pool (open from June 1st to the end of September) is under the village 5 min walk with a beautiful view.

There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
