We only stayed one night, but the check-in was smooth, the apartment was tidy and clean with all the necessary equipment. We had a pleasant stay.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to visit Paris Very clean, recent amenities in a very good condition. Bus 2 minute walk , that leaves you next to the RER. In addition , 1 small courtyard equipped with table and chairs. Go there with your eyes closed.

Thank you for your welcome, a pleasant, very clean, super functional and quiet place. A terrace in the sun or the barbecue was waiting for me, very clean. A parking space inside the property to secure your vehicle, very rare in Paris. Very nice host.

I chose this apartment to spend a night because of its proximity to the airport so we were not long hours. A quiet area, correct regional entrance. Enough to spend a few days there.

Catherine is a wonderful host. She communicates well, and is very accommodating when it comes to check in and check out times. The unit is clean, well located with shops and public transport modes within very easy walking distance, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay as a group of 4! Thanks Catherine.

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

Convenient location, convenient check-in, and the host is very welcoming.There is a very cute and friendly cats.

Can't recommend Anne and Jean-Luc's place enough. Great location, very walkable, near a metro line. Exactly as described. Very comfortable. Thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a very local and unique experience. Facilitated early check-in, very communicative and friendly.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We had a fantastic stay at Gregory’s apartment! He was the perfect host – he welcomed us warmly, helped us park in the garage, showed us around the property (including the lovely pool), and had even prepared some delicious treats for us. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself is beautiful, with an absolutely stunning view. We truly enjoyed both Paris and Gregory’s wonderful place. We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

Very well arranged, spacious and very well-equipped accommodation (especially the kitchen, very functional). The stove is a real "plus" in winter and works very well. For those who like to sleep in the cool, just remember to close the bedroom doors and open the roof skylights as the heat from the stove rises... :) Ideal location for trips to Paris (RER 200 m away). Accommodation inevitably a little noisier than in the countryside, but it's still very reasonable.

Everything was very good. Good apartment for the money. Convenient and cheap (2.5 euros) to get to the center of Paris without transfers on one metro line. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the metro. Very responsive owner. He responded to all our requests and questions quickly and in a friendly manner. We will definitely come back again. We didn't have time to see everything in a week!

Nice and spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood. Nice to have the space in the apartment after a day in Paris that was clean and nicely decorated. Communication with Elodie went smoothly and she is helpful. We had a lovely stay! Distance to the train is a 15 min walk. The total trip from the apartment to the Paris is about an hour. It is good to know that not all stairs to the apartment have a railing. I stayed with my mum who is a little older and that was a point of attention.

Great stay with a beautiful garden 💎 Bernard was very kind and friendly. Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. RER C station is within 7 mins walk. It takes about 20 mins to reach city center. Good connectivity 👍 Well equipped kitchen. Totally recommended 💯
