Maria’s house

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Perfect for a short and central stay in Stavanger, located just 3-4 minutes walk from the Central Station. Although being super central, it is also in a safe and quiet street which gives the best of both worlds. The place has a folder with info about things to see and do, some simple cooking gear, a small bathroom with toilet and a sink, but the only downside is that it has no shower. Just make sure you understand that before booking, and I'm sure you'd love the rest😊

Bus stop is 500 meters away and will take you most places. 1 km or 10 min walk to the city center. Double bed (180*200) in loft and sofa bed with top mattress (140*200) in the living room. Simple kitchen for food heating. Small mini fridge, stove. Note that the bathroom is small, the shower is very small.
