In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
