Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. Valberg being my favorite resort, as a mother of 2 children, I bought this apartment to introduce my daughters to the pleasure of the mountain with nature sports in summer and skiing and sledding in winter. Lucky to have a pied-à-terre in this resort with family and ecological values, I make it available in the hope of making many families dream too. This apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and is regularly improved for maximum comfort.
