The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.

It has an entrance/living room, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with double bed. The immense outdoor spaces allow you to experience a relaxing summer vacation. It has a swimming pool for exclusive use (from April 1 to October 31) and a barbecue area. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped.

Located on the first floor of an ancient Baglio, a typical stone farmhouse in Trapani built between 1700 and 1800, this apartment has a double bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the sea of the Gulf of Bonagia and in particular Monte Cofano. In addition to the double bedroom, the apartment has a living area with an equipped kitchenette inside which there is a single sofa bed and a bathroom with a bathtub-shower.
