Pellet heating, security camera, cable TV, excellent Internet, Smart TV, electronic ignition water heater, grill etc. *Before check-in, the Loft is subjected to sterilization and disinfection by the use of an ultraviolet (UVC) lamp and with ozone, which allows reaching every corner of the place destroying viruses and bacteria.

The tinaja (natural hot tub) is free for our guests to use, as is the stove. Brand new house in an environment with an incredible view of the Cutipay River nature sanctuary. The house is fully equipped to receive our guests, it has a Smart TV with streaming apps, internet, pellet heating, bed linen and shower towel sets and a tinaja.

It has a double bedroom and another with two cabins and a bathroom in each bedroom. In total, for six people. Both rooms overlook the ocean. Large terrace and gazebo surrounded by trees. The house is fully equipped, has electric heaters, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The beds have an electric heater.
