Recently renovated, located in two floors. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, TV, pellet stove, sofa bed (one and a half comfortable bed), bathroom with shower. On the first floor you can access it by an internal spiral staircase or by an external stone staircase. Here is the bedroom with panoramic balcony. Near the entrance there is a private space with stone table. A parking space in the courtyard, small closed garage for bicycles or motorcycles, free public parking a few meters away.

Indoor parking is available for bicycles and motorcycles. Convenient starting point for bike tours and trekking in Valle Grana and trade fair events in the town center.
