The kitchen, living room and laundry room are also fully equipped! There is a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and I leave bottles of water for when guests arrive. There are fans in the bedrooms and living room! In the bathroom, you will find toilet paper and soap, and clean towels for all guests! The house is simple and not luxurious, but it is clean and comfortable for those looking for tranquillity!

Our farm is a FAMILY farm, 6,000 metres. Large trees, lawn. Everything is clean, tidy, quiet and safe. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and is airy and cosy. The kitchen is very large and well equipped. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. The annex has 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 beds (1 single and 1 double), a full bathroom, and another with 1 double bed, a small office, a gourmet area, a video game space and a laundry room. Residential neighbourhood, very leafy and quiet.

Studio 814 - Sun - Downtown - Campinas

Campinas downtown, very quiet place, close to Campinas health center, good location. For up to 2 guests, parties are not allowed during the stay. The building is family-owned, so only hosts are allowed for lodging. It is not allowed to serve customers or do business with the property. The condominium does not allow this type of practice. If it is for other purposes, do not rent because it will not work. The doormen are well briefed by the administration about this.

Farmhouse with 5,000 meters of land, very spacious main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Support house with one more bedroom and bathroom. Wi-Fi throughout the property. Large party room with barbecue, refrigerator, freezer and stove, plus two more bathrooms. Swimming pool with a shallower area for children and a deeper one for adults. Orchard and parking on site. It accommodates about 50 people to spend the day and 20 people to sleep. No sound after 10 p.m.!

The barbecue is integrated into the pool and, completing the leisure area, there is a grassy field prepared for soccer or volleyball, and a lake where you can fish. They are available to make your stay even more special.
