Apartments Villa Verde are an adult-only type of accommodation located in Musalež, 5,5 km away from Poreč city center and Old Town. Villa Verde is situated in a family house and consists of 4 apartments on the ground and the 2nd floor. The apartments also have a swimming pool in the garden at their disposal, as well as an outdoor roofed terrace with dining area and barbecue/grill facilities.The pool is filled with saltwater, without the addition of chlorine. The owners also live in the property.

Apartment Mouette is set in Poreč, the city center is 1.4 km from the apartment (20 minutes walk), 1.9 km from the Euphrasian Basilica, 1.6 km from the bus station, 900 m from Žatika Sport Center, 1.8 km from Parentino Beach and 4.2 km from Aquacolours Poreč Aquapark. Just 300 m away is Agrolaguna Festigia Taste&Shop where you can taste and buy local wine, olive oil, cheeses and other products. City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.
