This house is located in a characteristic alley of the medieval village of Civitella Alfedena, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park; reachable only on foot, away from the noise of cars, it allows you to experience village life in the human dimension typical of mountain villages. Free parking in the village from 50 to 200 meters away. Wifi. You can use the fireplace and buy wood, to be ordered - bag of about 20kg, €10.00. Pets are allowed.

Villa in centro

The house is warm and welcoming and is an excellent base for hiking lovers, to spend pleasant evenings and comfortable and peaceful days with children. Upon your arrival, you will find beds ready and towels. We are in a small closed street near the Sangro river. The main square is just a short walk from the house. Near the house there is a playground, a riding school and the start of several walks in the Park, the ski slopes are 5 minutes away by car.

Apartment in a chalet near the center of Pescasseroli

Very nice independent apartment located on the ground floor of a 3-story chalet. Consisting of two bedrooms with double beds (one standard and one French), a large living room with fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a private front garden. The house is located in a residential area surrounded by greenery and is only a 15-minute walk (3 minutes by car) from the center of Pescasseroli and a 5-minute drive from the ski slopes.

Inside the WWF Sagittarius Gorges oasis where bears, wolves, deer, golden eagle, coral croaking and other rare and interesting animals live. There are many species of rare or endemic plants such as the Fjordaliso of Sagittarius.
