A Borgo Le Palaie è possibile immergersi nel paesaggio delle colline fiorentine tra cipressi e ulivi, gustare il panorama e a poca distanza visitare vigneti e cantine importanti. Si arriva comodamente con l'auto (incluso un posto riservato agli ospiti) o con l'autobus a 300 metri.

This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you.

The apartment is located just a 5-minute drive from Florence (exit A1 Fi Sud), outside the city center. The bus stop to/from Florence is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The distance from the city center (Piazza San Marco) is 9.7 km; the bus takes 31 minutes. Services in the area within walking distance: pharmacy, grocery store, pizzeria. OUTSIDE THE CITY CENTER, surrounded by peace and greenery. Equipped with free private parking space Check-in at 2:00 p.m. Check-out by 10:00 a.m.

L'aia

La casa Rurale o "Colonica" del Podere di Belforte ha origini antiche. Le sue radici sono esse stesse la storia delle colline di Villamagna, sito in cui venne eretta nel Medioevo. Le prime attestazioni risalgono infatti al 1200. La struttura architettonica, le varie pietre-fessure e gli architravi di legno nelle pareti - riportati a vista dopo il restauro- ne chiariscono l’impiego come Torre d’Avvistamento. Nel 1700, venne trasformata in casa colonica ad uso agricolo.

It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
