Welcome to our home. We rent an apartment attached to the house, totally independent, with a kitchenette, double bed, private bathroom, wifi, TV, refrigerator and basic services. We are in Cerro Esperanza, a privileged place, since we are between Viña del Mar and Valparaiso; 10 minutes from downtown Valparaiso and 15 minutes from downtown Viña del Mar. Close to beaches and all the city's attractions. It has easy access to public transportation.

This accommodation was the former guest house of the main property. It was renovated in 2010 but maintains the original 1960 layout. The entire property dates back to 1921 and is one of the typical turn-of-the-century houses in Viña del Mar. The guest house has all the necessary amenities and the permanent attention of the property owners. The area is very quiet and well connected to downtown Viña and Valparaíso.
