Our guest suite, ideal for singles or couples, is independent from our house and has a private entrance. The guest suite has a modern exterior and a comfortable interior. Our house is located on an old family farm near the beach (1.5 blocks to the beach). Our location is close to several beachside restaurants and bars. The little kitchen has a toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle and frigobar (small fridge) but does not have a cooktop. No es apropiada para niños menores de 7 años.

We're located in Recreo, a quiet place with a privileged view, 10 minutes from the centre of Viña del Mar and 15 minutes from the centre of Valparaíso. Close to beaches and all the city's attractions. A parking space measuring 4.30 m x 2.50 m x 1.79 m and a large one at the neighbouring house.
