A large, well-shaded, south-facing private courtyard. An outdoor stone staircase leads to the house. A living area with a kitchen, a living room and 3 bedrooms. A bathroom with a double washbasin, bathtub, shower and toilet, and a sauna and toilet in the courtyard. Shared facilities: large 12 m swimming pool, laundry room, play area and parking.

Come and discover this beautiful farm from 1740, renovated only by David and Véro in 2017 (photo of renovation on USB stick visible on large screen TV). To visit the hilltop villages: La Garde Adhémar, Clansayes, Saint Restitut, as well as the markets of Nyons, Vaison la Romaine, less than an hour away the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont du Gard, the crocodile greenhouse, the gorges of Toulourenc, the castles of Grignan, Suze la Rousse, Mont Ventoux (visible from the terrace). The owner lives next door.

House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can use our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.
