It is bright and very quiet, you will see that you have no problems resting, and it is located in an unbeatable area of the historic center, 500m from the Barajas Metro station. After being traveling around the world during 2 years, we loved airbnb so much that we wanted to share our space with people who´d like to visit Madrid. The loft is located in a quiet residential area. The venue is surrounded by parks, restaurants and only 3 minutes drive from "El Corte Inglés" Sanchinarro Renovated new style loft perfect for a couple or up to 4 people. Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. Temporary rental for non-tourist purposes. Online registration and contract signing are mandatory.
