Located in the village of Sainte Avoye, on the banks of the Sal, arm of the Gulf of Morbihan, and whose chapel is classified as a historical monument, this old renovated barn offers you a quiet stay between sea and countryside, 300 m from the coastal trails. The south-facing accommodation is composed of a living room including living room, lounge, kitchen; as well as a large bedroom upstairs with 1 bed in 180*200 that can be split in 2. This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

The charm of a 16th century manor featuring the comfort of the 21st. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea while being 10 minutes walk away from the harbour as well as the pier to all the islands. You will be located in the south wing renovated in 2015. It is fully independent and has its own garden viewing the sea. Everything is ready for welcoming you. Even your beds are done before you arrive!

In July and August, renting only from Saturday to Saturday. Apartment of 35 m2 on the ground floor, oriented East, very quiet in a secure residence 2 minutes walk from the port and 5 minutes from the city center. Private parking space. Linens provided. Check-in: welcome from 5:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday/ flexible on other days. As we do not live on site, we will offer you self check-in.
