Welcome to our fresh and modern apartment, perfect for those who want to experience the charm of the archipelago and want to be close to swimming. The apartment, which is part of the family's house, contributes to a personal and genuine accommodation. In the courtyard, there are goats and ponies to pet. Runmarö offers many experiences, for example, the acclaimed Stockholm archipelago trail runs over the island. A stone's throw from the accommodation, there is a nice rock pool with a small beach. The island is well worth visiting after the summer, autumn is lovely!

Experience archipelago idyll in simple cottage on lake plot

Let go of everyday life and step into another time – stay in a simple and charming cottage from the 18th century, beautifully located in the Stockholm archipelago with direct access to the sea. Here you live with nature right next door, on your own lake plot where you can take a morning swim or enjoy a cup of coffee on the small wooden deck by the water. On the island there is a bakery, general store and a restaurant. Please notice: The cabin is old and has a certain renovation need. There are deficiencies and deficiencies and it is rented out as is!

The lake cottage is located in Krysshamnsviken, near Nämdöfjärden and lakes within walking distance. It is about 4 km to Stavsnäs where you will find an Ica store, paddle tennis courts, bakery and restaurant in the picturesque old village, as well as the nearest bus stop.

The cottage is located high. Sun much of the day/evening. Nature plot is shared with main building. Neighbors are around, not close, you can handle yourself. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a mini kitchen as well as a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. three km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both close to the cabin and on Värmdö there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus stop with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to grocery store. Two bicycles available.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bikes can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Newly built cottage of 30 sqm. 5 min walk from the port. - Open-plan with kitchen and living room in one. - Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. - The living room has a sofa bed. - The kitchen has an induction hob and oven. - Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. - Large terrace around the house with dining area. - The view consists of pine and blueberry forest - Cleaning is not included. - Pets are not allowed - Guests bring their own linens and towels (can be rented for SEK 150 per person)

Specifically designed to suit couples with active interests who want a romantic retreat on their own, only about 30 minutes from Stockholm. This is a true paradise! Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma kanal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and the TV sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple sometimes recharges their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and meet adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house breathes love for nature and is located on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago, which mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noise, just wild berries and wild animals. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood-burning stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea Kayaks (K1) and 2 Mountain bikes (All included in the rent).

Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. You have a private patio with a barbecue area. Bedsheets an towels are included. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car/bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn. It takes about 15 min to walk to the cottage. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller/roller bags.

The Jetty Suite, with Sauna, canoe & add-on spa

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

House in Stavsnäs very close to water.

The house is in Stavsnäs, close to Sjösala and close to the city on the archipelago. The house is newly renovated. 3 beds in the house upstairs and a 2 bed sofa bed for guests downstairs. Pub/café and shop close by. 8 min walk to the bus, 10 min to ferries, 45 min to Stockholm. Peaceful, cosy. Private parking with boat or car. Obs: Towels and bedsheets is ”not” included. Cleaning is not included. The house must be restored to the same condition at checkout as it was on the arrivial day.

Kick back and relax in this quiet, cozy home. Just three minutes away there is a beach and sea. Stroll around the village and possibly stop at the local bakery. The house has everything you need to stay in it all year round. You can park next to the house. You can also take a direct bus from Slussen which takes about 50 minutes.
