Stay centrally in Varberg. Lightly furnished apartment on the second floor in a villa with balcony and garden view. Own entrance without elevator, free street parking (parking inside my yard is not allowed). Bed linen and towels are included, but you are expected to clean and leave the apartment in clean and nice condition, cleaning equipment is available. (Not suitable for people with disabilities or smaller children as it is a staircase up to the apartment.) My base price is for two people, additional guests pay 250 SEK/person o night.

Welcome to Hyltegården's guest house! Rural, peaceful and newly built apartment of 55 sqm in Hunnestad, just outside Varberg. Enjoy rural views from the hot tub! The accommodation is spacious for 4 people and is close to Varberg and Gekås Ullared, among other places. By car, you can get to the sea in about 15 minutes. Within a reasonable distance, you will find beautiful environments, hiking trails and lakes in Åkulla beech forests. There is an extra cost for the hot tub. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included.

Nyligen renoverat och fullt möblerat för maximal bekvämlighet. På övre våning finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett sovrum med dubbelgästsäng samt balkong. På nedre plan, öppet vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och modernt kök. Badrum med WC, dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Två uteplatser och stor gemensam trädgård.

From the patio you have direct access to the secluded communal garden overlooking the lush park. The garden that can be used for, for example, barbecue or play. Walking distance to both beach, fun, square and most things Sommar-Varberg offers otherwise. Bedlinen and towels are not included, guest need to bring it. Free parking is available in the area.
