Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Open plan with small kitchen and dining area, large living room area with fireplace, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. Welcome to Hyltegården's guest house! Rural, peaceful and newly built apartment of 55 sqm in Hunnestad, just outside Varberg. Enjoy rural views from the hot tub! The accommodation is spacious for 4 people and is close to Varberg and Gekås Ullared, among other places. By car, you can get to the sea in about 15 minutes. Within a reasonable distance, you will find beautiful environments, hiking trails and lakes in Åkulla beech forests. There is an extra cost for the hot tub. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included.
