Our beautiful house is located in one of Esbjerg's nicest areas - 5 minutes' walk to the water and close to the forest. Shopping within walking distance and only 15 minutes by car to the city center. The house is newly renovated and the many square meters add up to many cozy moments. The house includes 4 bedrooms as well as a large kitchen/living room and living room in open connection. Summer evenings are enjoyed on a lovely terrace. In the garden, you can spend time on the trampoline, swings, slide and playhouse.

The 110-square-meter apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family property, only 4 km north of Varde. There is parking right outside the large garden which can also be used. The apartment is bright and spacious. Plenty of room for the family, and in the bedroom there is a liftable table if you need to work during the holidays. The Jutland west coast, with its amazing nature and lovely beaches (including Blåvand and Henne beach) is within a short distance. 45 minutes to the east is Legoland amusement park.
