Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed in living room. Small house with four beds, 19-square-metre stargazing tent with five beds. Ideal for gatherings, corporate events or nights out with friends :-) Everyone who will be staying in the house must be included in the booking; there is no difference in price whether they stay overnight or not. House by the sea, quiet horse farm with paddle tennis court, near bus

The house with all the amenities is located on a large and undisturbed horse farm with its own jetty, close to the bus to Stockholm. The house is suitable for four people. One person can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (door to close if there is one). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. Two toilets are available with shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
