Furnished veranda under a roof with lovely afternoon and evening sun and access to a barbecue. Grass areas for outdoor activities and direct proximity to forest and hiking areas. 2-3 extra beds in the guest house

Charming villa with outdoor kitchen, greenhouse, patio & sauna

A short detour from the 45 and you are in a quiet residential area surrounded by wonderful nature. The house is a cozy and homely vacation home. A beautiful garden surrounds the house and there is also a barbecue area, greenhouse, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. A large glassed-in patio is located at the back of the house. Four-legged guests are also welcome and there is also a dog yard. In the basement of the house there is a sauna and shower/toilet. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with dining area and fireplace.

Fjäll

Charming and cozy house in the countryside, where you can stay all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forests, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle mushroom picking spots. The house has a large porch and nice plot that stretches around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizzeria and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and the mysterious forests, you have found the right place.

Dream house on the shore of Lake Vänern Near Karlstad

Take a morning swim in the bay and then eat your breakfast on the terrace with the water sparkling between the birch trunks. Here you live in your own completely newly-built house with lavish furnishings in Scandinavian design and spacious for a family. A 15-minute drive west of Karlstad leads to this paradise with lake views and a short walk to sandy beaches that attract you to lovely swimming. Here you are close to the forest with walking paths and the possibility of picking berries and mushrooms.

Prostgården. Sunne's best location.

The prostgården is beautifully nestled in greenery, just south of Sunne Church right next to Lake Fryken and with a kilometer road to Sunne city centre. Rural yet central. In the house there is room for 12 people, divided into 2 double rooms and 2 quadruple rooms. In the house there is also a kitchen, living room 3 toilets and 2 showers. We have our own small beach and a wonderful garden overlooking the water. 2 canoes are included in the rent and at an additional fee you can use our pool.

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

House by the lake / House by Lake Vänern

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Cottage by the lake - with 16 beds

Nice cottage with 15+ beds, very close to a beautiful lake with a small pier and 3 small boats. Inside the main house we have sattelite-tv, DVD player, a very large stove and 2 separate bathrooms. Together with the guest house we have a total of 6 bedrooms. Outside you will find a large lawn with lots of garden furniture, as well as a nice pavilion. On the lawn you can play football or do other outdoor activities. You must remember to bring your own towels linens.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Stay at Färjestads B&B near arenas, nature and city.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

Skagern Lake House

A lake house above average, the house was built in 2020. The house is located in a small neighbourhood area, there is also a newly built loft in a building next to the lake house which will be available to rent as well. The loft has space for 2 people, with access to a double bed, without toilet and water. This will accessible in the original lake house. We do not accept animals in the house.

Ivarsbjörke station

Cozy accommodation in a station house by Lake Fryken. The house from 1914 has three cozy bedrooms with two beds in each room, a spacious kitchen, the old waiting room and a nice dining room with lake views. The accommodation is located in scenic Fryksdalen, 50 meters from Lake Fryken, close to Mårbacka, Alma Löv Museum, Västanå Music and Theater.
