Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Varna

We had an incredible 11-day stay at this Airbnb! The host was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and full of great tips for exploring the area. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The closest beach is just 5 minutes away, which was super convenient. The flat had everything we needed, and our stay was fantastic. The terrace was the highlight—an amazing spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. Highly recommend!

We spent a wondetfull week in the appatment. The view is very nice from the balcony. The nicer beach is a bit far (about 1.5-2 km), but we went by car.

Great place for a family holiday, the apartment is beautiful and in a great location, everything looks just like it does in the pictures! Stefani is also a great host, she is super friendly and helpful!

PRO TIP - ask for “Tina Taxi’s” info. She’s fantastic & less $$ then others. Book before arriving at airport. Highly recommended. (Airport taxis shady.) We stayed 24 days & overall it was great! Communication & helpfulness was amazing. He left snacks & drinks - great after a long travel day. We had no car, so one of the downsides was the walk for groceries- we are active so we just got sweaty going uphill, or around the point of land (both about 20-25 mins.) (The facility is having trouble finding staff so the restaurant is only open Tues-Sun 9-5 with a limited menu.) Our family loved the pools (both a large & a shallow one). We were always able to find sun beds/gazebos. Due to construction at Marina we couldn’t go down, and that beach was inaccessible. The closest beach was up/down 310 stairs, or a further walk to towns but was beautiful! We loved playing in the waves & on the beach. Overall very happy with our stay and the amazing value! Would recommend!

Our stay, with 2 children, was great. The super clean apartment with two beautiful terraces, well-equipped kitchen. Under the mini market house open until 11:00 pm and other neighborhood shops. To make everything better with his kindness, availability and valuable information, our super host Teodora! Definitely recommended

I am in love with the place. Cosy, stylish, very well organised and clean apartment, I found everything needed for a comfortable stay. Antonina has taken care for the comfort of her guests, the atmosphere in the bedroom is very nice and relaxing and there are some interesting books for reading. The location is great, there is a public transport station right in front of the building and it is easy to get to the city centre and other points. A grocery, pharmacy, stadium, the Varna Grand mall are super close to the place. Antonina is welcoming, helpful and cheerful person with a great energy. My time there flew in an instant. I hope for my next visit to Varna to be able to stay longer and enjoy the place. I definitely recommend it!

Great studio in a beautiful modern building. Very clean and cozy. Good communication with the host, being proactive and available for questions. Really professional and can definitely recommend staying at this place.

I had wonderful days at this place, I felt very comfortable right away. Communication with the host was excellent, she was always very quick to respond to my questions, and she had been very friendly. The view was great from the balcony, with a direct view of the sea, and only a few steps down, you have already been there. The place and the hostess are really highly recommended, I would book there again at any time, which I plan to do. There was a nice decor, and everything had been very clean, so you felt right at home, all in all, a TOP accommodation, and a TOP hostess. I'd love to come back!!!!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s located right on the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning. Right in front there is a supermarket where we found all the essentials we needed. Restaurants and shops are all around. Just in front on the beach there are both the private areas with paid beach chairs and the free public area. We didn’t feel like paying for chairs every day when we wanted to stay just a few hours in the morning, so having the option to choose worked out well for us. We travelled with our daughter so it was very practical to be able to go up at the apartment in 2-3 min to get things we forgot 😅. The equipped kitchen is also very useful when travelling with children - you can easily cook something for them, prepare snacks for the beach or heat up take away food. The building is quiet and the windows offer good isolation from the noise outside. All rooms have AC. The (paid) parking is just behind the building. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Great place to stay. Very quiet, cozy and private, and the terrace is huge with a gorgeous view, creating a sense of space as well. It is equipped with everything you need for normal daily life. The location is super, there is everything you need around, and if needed it is a few minutes away from two stops through which you can get anywhere in the city. My stay was off summer season and I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature was super and not cold. Parking around is relatively easy, and if you are with a small car can also park in the yard, but it was difficult for me as it requires maneuvers and I am not a good driver. Theo is very hospitable, explains everything in detail, is proactive and cares constantly if everything is ok and reacts promptly to any request. I recommend.

Thank you to the staff for attentiveness and very unobtrusive service!! Wonderful place!! From the first minutes you feel at home! It's clean, cozy, beautiful, the apartments have all the essentials. We will remember the magical nature and the singing of birds for a long time)) Here you can rent bikes and arrange unique walks, including to the sea. I recommend to everyone!! Great place for both short and summer holidays))
