A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 sleeping places. - A sauna and hot tub are available for hire in an adjacent house. There is also a small toilet with a shower in that house. There is also a sofa bed in the house that can accommodate two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

The cottage has all the amenities with TV, dining area, kitchen (kitchenette), bathroom and private sauna. If that's not enough, there is a wood-fired sauna and outdoor shower in the yard that can be borrowed free of charge. Nice forest paths directly from the cabin take you along the river to the swimming area, exercise track, playground, soccer field and tennis court.

Just 10 minutes from Skellefteå is our guest house which is bright, airy and inviting! Dogs are welcome, but cats are not due to allergies. The cottage has large windows to the horizon and is decorated with what you need. Smart TV and good broadband. Here you sleep in a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide, on a thick box spring. From there, you also have a view of the sea. Want a separate bedroom so please ask! Sometimes, but not always, it's available. It is next door to a bed 160 cm wide.

On the jetty, you can enjoy the fresh air and the amazing view of the water, while the cast iron fireplace spreads warmth and creates a cozy atmosphere indoors. It is also possible to take a relaxing fishing trip on the lake or explore the surrounding forests and their beautiful trails in the area.

Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

Loft with 4 beds, one floor up. For groups of 5 or more, you can access our other cottage, Älgen. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. Kitchenette, glazed terrace. Service building with dry toilet and shower. Outdoor dishwashing facilities Cozy deck in 2 directions. Lake view. Secluded location.

Peace & Quiet Lodge

A cozy little log cabin of 35 sqm, 150 meters from Skellefteåälven. Patio with everything you might need. Barbecue, etc. The cabin has electricity but has no running water. Water cans are included. Fridge/Freezer, Stove & Micro available. Light trails with nice walking paths right outside the door. The cottage is nestled in the forest with only 1 mile to Skellefteå city center. Outhouse. There is no shower. The local bus just goes outside.
