In the enchanting setting of the Collepino Castle, in the heart of the Mount Subasio Park and a stone's throw from the splendid village of Spello, we are opening an historic house that once belonged to the Abbot of Collepino. It is ideal for couples, families, small groups of friends and sports enthusiasts who want the comfort, privacy and space of a real home and desire to live in the heart of nature, just a step away from the gems of the area: Assisi, Trevi, Foligno, Bevagna, Spoleto, Perugia.

The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

La Dolce Vita - Casa Marie Leonie

This charming, fully renovated farmhouse offers you an oasis of tranquility. The 5,000-square-metre property is completely fenced, not visible and has a large pool that offers cooling and relaxation. Surrounded by 150 olive trees, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. The house has two apartments (individual rental possible), each with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room as well as three large bathrooms. Air conditioning on request.

Dimora nel Borgo - A Relaxing Home

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

You can enjoy independent solutions and maximum privacy. Your pets are welcome.
