Το σπίτι είναι οικογενειακό και πλινθόκτιστο. Έχει 2 κεντρικούς χώρους (υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό και μονό κρεβάτι - σαλόνι με διπλό κρεβάτι και καναπέ ) που χωρίζονται με ενδιάμεση πόρτα, ξεχωριστή κουζίνα και μπάνιο .
