In the house, there is a large equipped kitchen with a wood stove, room/bedroom with 4 beds and a tiled stove. Glazed veranda. Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The property is close to nature and Dellensjöarna, about 4 km from the city center where there is a restaurant, grocery store, skate park etc. Approximately 30 km to Järvsöbacken and hassela ski resort. Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. The wigwam is 20m2 and has a 160x200 real bed with bedding and extra blankets. It is heated with a wood stove for fresh nights. You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pots, pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake, canoes, and free sessions at the sauna. A breakfast basket is included.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
