The kitchen is fully equipped incl. coffee maker, capsule machine, toaster and kettle, etc. Towels and hygiene items are available. For those who want to enjoy proximity to swimming, fishing and boating, the lake Mälaren is only 600 meters from the property. Dispose of rowboat and life jackets in agreement with hosts during summer season. Some bikes are available in various sizes. From the farm, depending on the season you can buy fresh eggs, honey, fruits and vegetables. Examples of excursions by bike are Mälsåkers Castle (about 4 km) or Åsa burial field (about 1 km). Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

Quiet Countryside, Close to City Apartment #1

Rural environment, 2 km to the beach, volleyball court and guest harbour. Approx. 5 - 10 minutes to: Västerås Airport, Hälla Golf, Pay & Play, Drivingrange, Adventure minigolf. Hälla Shopping, ICA-Maxi, The Company, Dining, Leos Lekland, Yoump Trampoline Park, Pizza Hut, Mc Donalds, Max Hamburgers etc. A few minutes from Hälla is Västerås center. There is no bus connection from the apartment to the city.
