You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. A child's travel bed is available if needed. Running drinking water is available in the kitchen in the extension. Bicycles can be borrowed for those who want to get out. By the river there is also access to a cozy barbecue area, and also the possibility of swimming. In Lycksele there is both a zoo and a water park. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

We welcome you to our fisherman's hut. It is located in an absolutely secluded location, on the fish-rich lake Skäggvattnet, with a fantastic view over the lake. It's a real wilderness cabin. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed. A place for those who love to be outside to enjoy nature. Be prepared for no electricity and running water in the cabin. But you are in the middle of the wilderness of Lapland. Your only neighbors are the moose, who bathe in the lake from time to time.
