In a residential area perfect for families with children is our one-story house. The house is located about 5 km from central Östersund, which is easily accessible by bus or car. If you are going to visit the Storsjö Cup, the bus goes all the way to the sports field in Odensala. To Östersund's ski stadium, it takes 9 minutes by car. In the surrounding area, there are forests, swimming areas and bike paths. The children can play in one of the playgrounds in the nearby area, or on the property where there is a trampoline and a partially heated pool in summer.

Our farm is located on an island 9 km east of Örnsköldsvik, which forms the northern part of the High Coast. Directly adjacent to the house there is a nice garden, a large greenhouse and many patios, all overlooking the sea or meadows. 100 meters from the house, there is a nice secluded beach with cliffs and a jetty in the best evening sun position.

I samband med stuga erbjuds snöskoteruthyrning samt guidning för att ni ska få ut de mesta av er vistelse. Just utanför köksfönstret finner ni en vedeldad bastu samt vedeldad badtunna som ni kan njuta av till en avgift. 400 sek för bastu och 800 sek för badtunna. Kom hit och njut av en avkopplande tid i fjällvärlden.

In winter, you can ski or skate from the property or bring a snowmobile and drive on the sea.
