Own cottage with room for 1-3 people. Sofa and small dining area and small kitchenette with microwave, stovetop and fridge. Small shower and toilet. The whole cabin is 15 sqm. The cottage is located on a villa plot with a protected location. Parking space on premises. TV screen with chromecast. The bed is 120 cm wide and the upper bed is 90 cm. Approx. 4 minute walk to bus stop. Bus to Huddinge C about 10 minutes, then about a quarter of a commuter train to Stockholm. Bus to Södertörn University/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

Cozy and fresh house with great views and sun all day/evening. The house is high up with a porch that goes around the house. Unobstructed view of Horsfjärden. The house has three rooms and a kitchen. Lake view from all rooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with wide bunk bed (120 cm downstairs). Close to the house there is a guest house with wide bunk bed and toilet. Close to beach with diving tower, golf courses, cafe, restaurant, shop, boat to Utö. 30 minutes from Stockholm by car. Easy public transport.

Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

Välkommen att hyra denna nybyggda lägenhet, som är en tillbyggnad av vår villa. Lägenheten är helt privat med egen ingång. Här finns badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Välkomna till vår stuga med ett unikt läge på sjötomt i mysiga Gladö Kvarn. Vi är omgivna av stora naturreservat, men endast 10 min med bil, 20 min med buss till Huddinge C. Stor terass med sjöutsikt. Egen sittplats vid sjön. Huset har vardagsrum, kök, sovloft, dusch, tvättmaskin. Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.

After all sorts of adventures in the nature reserve, a paddle, fishing or skating trip on the lake, or a swing into the city, you can come home to this cozy little house and enjoy the lake view and tranquility.
