Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna with about 1 hour with car to Astrid Lindgrens World and 1,5 hour to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed as well as a smaller creep with a single bed are located upstairs along with a toilet. Downstairs there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fire place, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for the family with children or larger groups!

The plot only borders one neighbor, on the other side of the common and common swimming jetty for the cabin area. 5 rooms. Three bedrooms with door and an open loft with double bed. Sheets and towels are not included. During the summer months: weekly rental. Wonderful view, lovely archipelago nature right outside the door. Close to golf course and Västervik city.

Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
