Bright and nice three-room room in attractive munktell city with walking distance to both the city center and Volvo CE arena. About 2 kilometers to the park zoo. Good bus connections. A double bed and a baby bed (70 cm) are available. It is not allowed to smoke on the balcony! And of course not indoors 🚭 Parking is available both outside and around the house. Bedding and towels are NOT included, so bring your own. If you prefer to rent from me, this is done for SEK 100 each 😊

Large windows and an open floor plan you get a sense of space and light. 1 bed 160 cm and a sofa bed 110cm sheets and plenty of storage. Fully equipped kitchen. The living room is a cozy space to relax under the rafters. The rooftop is perfect for breakfast or soaking up in the afternoon sun with friends. There is a nice forest close by with walking paths and runs.

There is no bus connection from the apartment to the city.
