Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Small cottage of 30 sqm with balcony. Located in a peaceful rural environment about 8 km to the city. Close to Sundbyholm with a racecourse and marina. The beach is about two km from the house. Canoe is available to borrow. The accommodation consists of a small bedroom with a double bed 140 cm, sofa bed 140 cm in the large living room where the kitchen (fully equipped) is also located. Parking for one car. Bus and bike path to the city and Sundbyholm (3 km). Sheets are available for rent for 75 SEK/person and stay.

Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.
