In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and Amazon Fire TV (Magenta TV). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

Welcome to our newly built guest house, which is located in a quiet and scenic location in the middle of a lively countryside about 20 km southwest of Linköping and about 15 minutes from the E4. In the guest house, there are beds for four people and a sofa bed for two people. As day trips, we recommend Kolmården Zoo, Astrid Lindgren's World, Omberg, Gränna/Visingsö. Within a half-hour trip, you can also get to Old Linköping, the Air Force Museum, Göta Canal and Bergs Slussar, etc. The nearest swimming area is about 2 km away.

With walking paths, cafés and restaurants, it is a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a bay that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Hookahs/smoking are not allowed!

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Grenadjärstorp in idyllic Borghamn

The cottage is located a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Vättern with Omberg as a backdrop and with the beautiful plain that spreads around Borghamn. We look forward to meeting 2025 with upcoming guests and please do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any inquiries. This will be our 10th year as hosts of our cabin and we have met so many nice guests from near and far. Guests describe the area as beautiful and peaceful. Nearby, there is a stone industry that is in use.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. Cozy little cottage beautifully located near the Varamon beach in Motala. The cottage is newly built and is only 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. Also suitable for golf weekends with proximity to, for example, Motala Golf Club, Vadstena Golf Club and Askersund Golf Club.

Huset ligger mittemellan Sveriges största sjöar - Vättern och Vänern så det finns många sevärdheter som ligger i närheten att besöka och njuta av.
