Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. Vacker 2a med skön trädgård centralt

Välkommen att semestra i Skåne! Lund ligger bra till med närhet till många besöksmål; museer, parker, naturreservat, restauranger, stränder (den närmaste ca 10 km) och mycket mer. I en tillbyggnad (byggår 2015) i min villa i centrala Lund hyr jag ut en ljus och vacker 2:a i markplan med separat entre och altandörr mot en ljuvlig trädgård. Bv: kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa 130cm samt badrum. Loft: sovrum, 2 bäddar. 6 min gångväg t. sjukhuset, ca 12 min t. Lund C. Parkeringsplats finns.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Äsperöd Smultron Lodge

We have built the lodge with the purpose to have place that solitude with nature. Place to relax from the busy world and get into the rhythm of the wild. Wild life and nature in the area is mesmerising with no dangerous animals (no bears or wolves). Additionally, we have lovely sheep grassing in the field next to the cabin. Lodge is located away from the main house and the road, what gives full privacy in peace and silence. It is equipped with everything necessary to welcome quests.

Egen gästdel på vackra ön Hven.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat nyrenoverad gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med våningssäng 120*90 cm och pentry. Toalett med handfat och separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Nyrenoverad lägenhet i undantaget på Norregård med två större rum på ovanvåning med utsikt över det skånska landskapet. Dubbelsäng samt en bäddsoffa. Badrum med dusch och pentry med kokplatta, mikrovågsugn och kaffekokare samt kyl/frys.Uteplats med grill i härlig trädgård. Tempererad pool mellan maj och september som delas med värdfamilj. Hund och katter finns på gården. Pågatågsstation finns 2 km bort. På 15 minuter köravstånd finns både söderåsens natur och Öresunds stränder

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Cozy room in separate building.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Röstånga vång - enkelt boende för 2-3 personer

Vackert lantligt läge strax utanför Röstånga. Funktionellt och fräscht. Du har två plan på ca 25 kvm byggt i gaveln på en lada helt för dig själv. Sovrummet ligger en trappa upp, trappan har dock ingen ledstång. Köket har två kokplattor, köksfläkt, mikro, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare och kyl med frys. Ingen ugn. Fullt utrustat med köksattiraljer. Bäddsoffan står på bottenvåningen och är tyvärr inte så bekväm att sova i. OBS handdukar, lakan och städning ingår!

Peaceful guest house with pool

Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)

Träskhuset är ett arkitektritat hus byggt 2023. Det är byggt av korslimmat trä och står på stolpar i ett träsk med bokskogen som närmsta granne. Vintertid är du omgiven av vatten, sommartid hög växtlighet. Här bor du i ett stilrent hus med utsikt mot skogen. Design av Sorgenfri Build Concept. Gratis parkering på gemensam uppfart. Laddning för elbil tillgänglig. Huset ligger cirka 50 från vårt eget hus. Glada barnskrik kan därför ibland höras i närheten.
