Bed linens/towels are included, can also be rented for SEK 50 (5 euros) per person. Payable on arrival. Final cleaning before departure by the tenant. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik city center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three people. It is nice to dock by boat at our jetty if you want to bring a boat. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but we would like them to sleep in their own bed.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The 30 sqm house contains a fully-equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, blankets, bed linens and towels are included in the price. Of course, there are TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. PLEASE NOTE: The house has been expanded in 2025 to add a proper bedroom.

Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue.
