Bed linens/towels are included, can also be rented for SEK 50 (5 euros) per person. Payable on arrival. Final cleaning before departure by the tenant. Free year-round accommodation out in the countryside with the forest next door. 500 m to the nearest neighbor and host. Close to lake, swimming and fishing. Possibility to borrow a boat. 25-30 minutes by car to Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgren's World and Bullerbyn. 35 minutes to Eksjö wooden town, about 12 km to Mariannelund. (nearest grocery store) Emils Katthult about 6 km. Among other things, two national parks, (Kvill and Skurugata), nearby with nice walking paths. Flea markets. Lovely nature outside the house for forest excursions or swimming and fishing.

There is also proximity to Gränsö Castle, which offers a restaurant and spa. Perfect for those who want to enjoy nature, hike along the trails and experience a peaceful environment.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The 30 sqm house contains a fully-equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, blankets, bed linens and towels are included in the price. Of course, there are TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. PLEASE NOTE: The house has been expanded in 2025 to add a proper bedroom.

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.
