On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed , a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there's a living room and a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Cleaning is included in the price. Pool and Tennis at the Orchard

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

The Les Zinnias cottage is equipped for 4 or even 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, comfortable bathroom, bed linen and towels provided at no extra cost. Large TV and sofa in the living room, Wi-Fi available, terrace with pergola and garden furniture, barbecue. Optional: for €73 per night, access to the spa will be provided with towels and flip-flops. The area is very quiet and pleasant, and the whole property is fenced with a lockable gate.
