Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. The 40 m2 house is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen and lounge area, and a bedroom for 2 people (double bed) and adjoining shower room, as well as a 6 m2 terrace. Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.
