The studio villa is a self-contained modern 25 sqm residence, completed in January 2019. All quality furniture and appliances are new, with a 55 inch wall-mounted Smart-TV including 60 channels and free Netflix and HBO. Strong and fast Wifi. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances needed. Separate shower and toilet facilities. There is a comfy double sofa bed (sleeps 2, can be separated) on the ground floor and a 6 sqm mezzanine/loft where 2 additional persons can sleep on proper beds.

Modern guest house near the ocean

Our guest house was constructed in 2022 and we are renting it out weekly during the summer. Bookings Saturday-Saturday only. There is a 200 meter walk down to the beach and the area has several hiking trails. A 10 minute walk from the house you can catch the boat to Stockholm city. Our house has full amenities with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer and air con. Towels, bedding etc are included. Electricity and water is included. There is parking for 1 car.

Nyrenoverad, modern liten “fiskarstuga” med möblerat soldäck och orangeri. 200 meter till bad, möjlighet till bastu (mot avgift) med panoramavy över vattnet, solvarma klippor samt egen brygga intill farleden. Naturreservat om hörnet med härliga vandringsleder. 20 bilminuter alt 45 njutbara båtminuter från Strömkajen, Sthlm City med landstigning Koviksudde, därefter ca 10 minuters promenad. Cykeluthyrning i närheten! OBS! Vistelsen i stugan endast till för hyresgästerna!

Sjöstugan

Välkommen till vår charmiga sjöstuga i idylliska Kummelnäs, precis vid vattnet med egen brygga och fantastisk utsikt över Stockholms inlopp. På sommarkvällarna kan du njuta av magiska solnedgångar direkt från balkongen eller bryggan. Stugan är ca 40 kvm och välutrustad med allt du behöver för ett bekvämt boende. Här finns även bastu, kolgrill och möjlighet att hyra SUP för härliga turer på vattnet.
