Small nice lake cottage with optimal location in central Vaxholm with just a few meters to the water. A room with a double bed (180cm) for 2 people with high sleeping comfort, 2 comfortable armchairs and a table with 2 chairs. In addition, a hallway, toilet with shower, mini kitchen with seating area as well as a private patio at the back of the house. The location is excellent for those who want tourist in Stockholm and the archipelago. About 3 min walk to the center of Vaxholm with restaurants, shops and bus and boat communications. Bus to Sthlm about 35 minutes.

Newly built turn of the century villa of 250 sqm, elegantly decorated with large flowering garden. 3 min walking distance to sandy beach, jetties, swings and soccer goals. Spacious socializing spaces both inside and out. Pergola with two barbecues as well as large dining table with room for many. Large lower level bedroom with double bed, three upper level bedrooms with double beds in each room. Large kitchen, two living rooms of which one with TV and workspace. 30 minutes by car to Stockholm's inner city.

Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.
