This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This lovely, spacious place is close to everything, so you can relax to enjoy peace and quiet. Central penthouse rooms on one floor of a classic 1860s wooden merchant villa in historic Waxholm town center. 3 bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, large living room. Sea views of the archipelago plus large patio with morning and evening sun. A few steps to nature, guest marina, restaurants, shopping, bathing beaches and ice cream! Very close to ferry and bus to Stockholm & Rindö. Free parking. Welcome!

Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Liten fin sjöstuga med optimalt läge i centrala Vaxholm med bara några meter till vattnet. Ett rum med en dubbelsäng (180cm) för 2 personer med hög sovkomfort, 2 sköna fåtöljer och bord med 2 stolar. Dessutom en hall, toa med dusch, minikök med sittplats samt en privat uteplats på baksidan av huset. Läget är utmärkt för den som vill turista i Stockholm och skärgården. Ca 3 min gångväg till Vaxholms centrum med restauranger, affärer och buss- och båt kommunikationer. Buss till Sthlm ca 35 min.

The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

A quiet area to relax neighboring with a large nature reserve, 300 meters to the beach, 8 minute drive to the charming town Vaxholm and a 40 minute drive into central Stockholm.
