Smart studio apartment in Scandinavian style

Newly built (2022) studio of 33m2 that has most of what you need. A 140cm bed in private sleeping alcove + 160cm comfortable sofa bed available. Terrace, parking and barbecue grill included. The property is located in scenic Öjaby in Växjö with only 400 meters to lake with beach. In the area there are playgrounds, swimming, hiking trails, bakery and kayak rental. 3,5 km to Växjö airport and about 6 km to the train station and Växjö city center. Fresh 1st on the east, close to Växjösjön and Centrum

Furnished one-bedroom apartment of 20 m2 overlooking Växjösjön and only 5 minutes walk to Centrum and the station. Cycling to the University takes no more than 10 minutes and to the hospital on the other side of the lake only 5 minutes. The apartment is bright with parquet floors, has fully equipped kitchenette, private toilet and shower directly adjacent to the apartment. Access to garden in the southwest with beautiful views/evening sun over Växjösjön. You can quickly and easily get down to the lake for a walk, a swim, or restaurant visit.

Overnight in this cozy apartment with proximity to beautiful nature. The area is a quiet newly built residential area. Bus stop is 2 minutes by foot from the apartment. Bus to Centrum takes 17 minutes, arena town 12 minutes. Departures every 20 minutes. Free parking at the apartment There is a 120 bed and a 90 bunk bed. The sofa is 90cm wide and 175cm long, you can also sleep there if needed. The staircase is steep, but walkable. The apartment is in the garage building.
