Smedstugan - lake plot

Smedstugan, by our own lake, small sandy beach and jetty. Smedstugan is located near Stenhaga, our other house we rent out here on Airbnb. No view. Fishing, rowboat included. Nice natural areas for walking in the forest and fields right by the cottage. Dishwasher, microwave, stove, washing machine, whirlpool tub. Internet - fiber connection. Fireplace in the living room. Kettle grill, charcoal, available and also a larger barbecue area on the other side of the lake. Easy to row there. The cottage has 6 beds, 3 bedrooms. Dogs are allowed, but no cats.

We live on a headland with water around us. Above our double garage, we have an apartment with all the amenities. Have access to your own dock with swimming. There are nice bike paths, and hiking areas in the forest and in the nearby area. Forests with mushrooms and berries. Most of your needs such as several grocery stores (ICA, COOP and LIDL), pharmacies, liquor stores and pizzerias are within a 2 km radius. Good bus connections to the city center. About 1 km to the bus stop. Close to golf clubs. Some restaurants within a 2 km radius.

The cottage "Sjöbranten" is surrounded by trees down to a lake. There are no visible neighbors, so here you can enjoy the quiet tranquility of the forest. Private swimming bridge with rowboat, inflatable kayaks, paddle board and various swimming animals. Terrace from which the lake view can be enjoyed The house is not luxurious but spacious, cozy and incredibly beautiful. 7 beds in 3 bedrooms and 4 extra beds in unheated annex. Note: The bathroom floor has settled, which means that baths must be taken while sitting in the bathtub

Large house by Lake Åsnen with its own dock and jacuzzi

Stay in a beautiful, renovated house right on the edge of Lake Åsnen in close proximity to the national park. The house has its own jetty and fishing rights as well as a fireplace, a large terrace with a Jacuzzi and is surrounded by beautiful nature and lovely lake views. There are 4 separate bedrooms with room for a total of 6 people, large kitchen and open social areas. We include sheets and other amenities as well as access to bicycles, two canoes and barbecue in the rent. There is also the possibility to rent a boat.

The house has three proper bedrooms and there is the possibility to expand the sleeping places with two additional sofa beds. Charming details that testify to the deep roots in the Småland countryside are plentiful and here you will experience a vacation that gives plenty of time for recovery, with long walks and dinners overlooking the lake. And maybe a ride in the canoe by the beach?

New! Our houseboat is quietly situated on the river where the water always feels calm. Here you have the water, the water lilies, the watercress, the herons and the forest around you – nothing else. We can guarantee that you will often sit for a long time just looking out over the water… and it will do you good. The houseboat is tastefully decorated with a focus on comfort and simplicity and is perfect for those who want to relax, get close to nature and enjoy a unique stay. You can buy breakfast from the farm.

This newly built house with its own plot is located right by the lake Furen. A very quiet location in the middle of the forest where nature is really in focus. Access to a boat for cosy fishing trips or to take a trip along Helige Å, which can be a magical experience. Here you can sit and cozy up both inside by the large panoramic windows or out on the terrace and enjoy the view of the lake. Perfect cottage for fishing or relaxing but still close to Växjö (20 km) where shops and restaurants are located.

Welcome to our grandmother's old cottage in Tegnaby, just outside Växjö. A warm and charming Småland house with a sauna, jetty and close to a lake and nature. Here, you can enjoy a quiet, rural stay with an old garden full of apple trees, flowers and rhubarb, while Växjö is only ten minutes away. A place for tranquillity, family time and long days near the water. Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 100/per set. Final cleaning is not included.

Unique holiday cottage(s) only 10 meters from the lake. 75 m2 living space 2000 m2 garden and 200 meters coastline. Very private and very cosy and comfortable. The property exists of two main buildings: 1. house with kitchen, fireplace and bedroom with double bed. (It is also possible to use seperate beds) 2. A modern utility building that contains shower and toilet. Use of canoe and life vests is included.
