Basement next to the forest

We rent the basement under our house as a perfect place for a romantic weekend away, or a week of offsite work. Our villa is 5 min./400 m. walk from the Ridderoordse Bos. It is 30 min. by bike/10 min. by train to Utrecht. A fully equipped apartment with its own entrance of 60 m2 with kitchen, workplace, bedroom with 2 p. box spring (180*220), bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and spacious sauna! The patio garden is still under construction and will be ready by mid-March '25.

Geinig is a wonderfully spacious apartment of approximately 85 m2 spread over 2 floors with its own entrance, located in the idyllic Dutch countryside on the dike of the Gein River in Abcoude. Despite the quiet rural location, the centre of Amsterdam is surprisingly close, as are the entertainment venues: Ziggo Dome, Johan Cruijff Arena and Afas Live. You can reach the Amsterdam metro within 15 minutes by bike, as well as several supermarkets, restaurants and leisure areas.

Garden house in quiet surroundings - with wonderful beds. It's called "Pura Vida" because we want to offer guests the good life. We offer a pleasant atmosphere, a DELICIOUS BREAKFAST on weekends, and space to unwind. There is a lot of nature at a short distance, and by train e.g. Utrecht and Amsterdam can be reached quickly.
