Also the indoor pool and the school center with the private university are just a few steps away. The apartment has a living/bedroom, with a box spring bed (160 x 200) and direct access to the terrace, walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with small dining area. Excursion destinations: Dümmer (about 11 km by bike) Dammer and Stemweder mountains

Live in a quiet location, close to the city and at the same time directly by the forest in an unusual & stylishly furnished apartment with a fantastic view of the countryside. The apartment is furnished with a separate entrance and equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, large eat-in kitchen with fireplace and a large conservatory. Parking is available right by the house. A highlight is the view of the "Moorbachtal" from the large conservatory. A washing machine, towels and fresh linens are provided.

Apartment in Damme

The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

Enjoy simple life in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation. The small house is located alone next to the main house surrounded by nature. There is plenty of space to linger in the large garden. Play facilities for children. Chickens, 2 cats Minka and Fridolin and our Labrador dog Lotta. In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.
