1-room apartment in new building as an annex apartment with separate entrance. It is very central, right in the heart of Diepholz. The train station is only about 15 minutes' walk. Also the indoor pool and the school center with the private university are steps away. The apartment has a living/sleeping room, with box spring bed (160 × 200), walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with mini fridge and direct access to the terrace. Excursion destinations: Dümmer (about 11 km by bike) Dammer and Stemweder mountains

Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

Central, quiet and FANTASTIC view of the countryside

Living in a quiet location, close to the city and at the same time directly by the forest in a comfortable & stylishly furnished apartment with a fantastic view of the countryside. The apartment is furnished with separate entrance and equipped with one bedroom, bathroom, large living kitchen with fireplace and a large conservatory. Parking directly at the house. A highlight is the view into the "Moorbachtal" from the large conservatory. Washing machine, towels and fresh linen are provided.

Restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets are within walking distance. 2 parking spaces right in front of the house + carport behind the house. The house has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds as well as a room with 2 single beds. Large modern kitchen as well as living room with separate dining room. Stylish and modernly furnished and the perfect place to spend a relaxing time with family or friends in Vechta.

A mini oven, a microwave and a 2-burner stove are available, shopping and restaurants are about 300 m away, the train station is a 10-minute walk. A double bed of 1.40 m width incl. a loft bed of 0.90 m, suitable for up to 3 people. Lovingly prepared 2020.
