Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Important information: - Pets allowed by arrangement only - The flat has a ventilation system that cannot be switched off. A small number of guests find the extractor fan noise annoying, so we would like to draw the attention of those who are sensitive to it.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

With just a 20-minute drive to Lyngdal and Sørlandsbadet, you've got everything within easy reach. There are good fishing opportunities in the river in the area, with a valid fishing license.

Dear guests, The property is located in the idyllic village of Søgne. There is a supermarket nearby, as well as a shopping centre Tangvall 2 km away. Whether on foot or by car, the sea is easy to reach. From Søgne to Kristiansand centre it is about 15 km. Kristiansand is home to Norway's largest shopping centre, as well as a theme park with animals, attractions and a water park, numerous shops, nightclubs, bars and restaurants. Good bus connections are available.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.
