The house contains a large living room, nice kitchen, bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, back room and entrance. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and on the landing there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workplace. The house is located on a large natural plot with the possibility of outdoor activities, a nice enclosed terrace, and good parking on a large gravel paved courtyard.

Welcome to our cozy and charming apartment in the heart of Haderslev, a historic city rich in culture and atmosphere. The apartment is located only 100 meters from the pedestrian street, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a small roof terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Parking is available right by the apartment, also for electric cars.

Her er komfortable (kingsize) kontinentalsenge i høj kvalitet, plads til op til 4 personer og mulighed for opredning til 2 ekstra gæster på sovesofa. Offentlig parkering findes ved ejendommen. En oplagt base for jer, der ønsker byens liv lige udenfor døren – og samtidig en god nattesøvn. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til morgenmad og lette måltider, og badeværelset er funktionelt med bruseniche.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

RUGGÅRD - Farm-holiday

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise it’s 100% yours.

There is a large adjoining garden with a large wooden terrace and a short distance to both Ribe and Rømø. Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.

Cozy cottage directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water. A one-bedroom house with an adjacent annex with 2 bedrooms. 2 lovely terraces. One straight out to the beach. The other tucked behind living fences - almost always shelter.
