Our house is located by the sea on the island of Løkta in Dønna municipality, which is part of Helgeland. It is located by itself without close neighbors. The house was completed in 2017, is spacious, warm and practical, and a good place to be. The kitchen is over 40 m2, and is separated from the living room, so you get two living rooms. It is only a few meters down to the shore, and many nice nature experiences in the nearby area with lake and jogging trails. We have an outdoor room, double garage with electric charger and a small football field. And lots of toys for the kids.

The place is close to fishing waters and a very good river. Forest and fields surrounded by hiking trails and wilderness. Ski slopes right outside the door and scooter slopes with connection to public ski network all the way to Sverge. The place has good facilities such as two bathrooms with shower and massage bath. Two living rooms and a gym. There is also the possibility of electric car charging and campfire/grilling outdoors.

There are also shops and parking lots nearby. The apartment we offer is functional with good beds, nice bathroom and combined living room/kitchen, as well as cozy dining area in the kitchen. In the main house, a cafe with traditional coffee food is run. The Cultural Workshop also offers art, concerts and antiques.

Det er gammelt tømmer hus som er over 100 år. Huset ble pusset opp i 2024. Huset har 2 etasjer. Nydelig utsikt over fjorden fra vinduet. Nok plass inne og ute. Fagervika er et landlig område som ligger ved utløpet av Ranfjorden. Huset har en stor terrasse med grillplats og utemøbler. I første etasje er det mulig 1 soveplass ved behov. Båt og fiske er mulig, men må bestilles på forhånd. Stor parkeringsplass, 2 tursti, båten til leie. Turområdet " Brunnesset i Fagervika" , tysk kystfort.

This place is close to everything, which makes it easy to plan your visit. Close to the city center, boat/bus connections, hiking areas, shopping center, swimming pool, restaurant/cafe. You have to go up 2 stairs to get to this apartment, 1 staircase outside and 1 inside. There is free parking right outside the house. (1 car) This apartment is located in the city center, in the building next door there is a local pub Onkel Oskar. There is no dishwasher in the apartment.

Detached house over three floors. First floor kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with several exits to the terrace and large garden. Second floor 2 bedrooms, bathroom and exit to recessed roof terrace with dining area and hot tub. Bed linens and towels included in price. Some are newer standard and some are older standard.
